Melinda has lived in St. George for over 30 years. She has lived in almost every city from Ivins to Washington fields. She knows this area. She has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Her favorite thing about living in St. George is the 300 plus days of sunshine. She has worked in the home building business for 30 years. She was the co-owner and helped manage a concrete company for 16 years. She was her own general contractor on 6 homes that she and her husband built. She knows that a home is one of the most important assets that people will ever buy or sell. She fulfilled her goal of becoming a real estate agent 3 years ago. Going the extra mile is Melinda’s common practice. She is dedicated and committed to treating every client as her number one priority and it shows by her repeat clientele. Her business has quadrupled in the last 3 years.
