Each year our Stratum Real Estate Group family has the opportunity to sponsor our Spirit of Christmas Festival. This is a time to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas, share in fun festivities with the children of our community, and give them the opportunity to visit with Santa. In addition to our Festival, we use this time to focus on those in need and, over the years, we’ve been able to raise thousands of dollars for individuals, families or charity organizations such as Iron County Care and Share, Children’s Justice Center, and Utah Foster Care. As Realtors and residents of Cedar City, we consider ourselves very lucky to live in such a beautiful community amongst some of the most generous people.
