When we met June Holder a realtor at Stratum Real Estate she sincerely listened to the current situation we were in (which was desperately hoping for a short sale to go through) but after what felt like being put on the back burner, and waiting for a good 9 months with no word or progress towards finding our dream home…Needless to say June felt it was not fair the way we were being treated and helped us to step away from a bad situation and start looking more seriously at finding us a home for a great deal. And that’s just what happened. We looked at house after house, finding a few good ones here and there but June could tell we weren’t “SOLD” on any of them and would keep looking for things she knew we’d be interested in. She listened to our concerns, wants, needs and really worked hard to find a house she knew would be specific to fitting exactly what we wanted! She stayed in contact with us constantly which we loved because we knew she was just as determined as we were to find us a house. If we saw a house for sale that we were interested in, we let her know and she’d be setting up arrangements for us to go see it that day! We are so pleased with the house that we got and even though we have no intentions of moving any time soon if we were to buy/sell again June is the first person I would think of, and I refer everyone I know to go to her if they have any realty needs! She’s awesome! And not just her…the whole staff at Stratum is amazing and so great to work with! Thank you guys for the awesome home buying experience! I would say hope to work with you guys again but you found us such a great house the first time!!
