Thank you Joel!

Our experience working with Joel Hilkert was one that required a lot of patience on his end, us being fairly new to the house purchasing process and our parents being on the other side of the country meant we needed a little bit of extra help. He was the perfect realtor for the job. We had been on our 4 month house hunt with Joel helping us every step of the way. After our first meeting with Joel at the first property we looked at we looked at we told him the style of home we were looking for and our price range and with in less than a day we received an email from Joel with numerous options. Once we picked a few we wanted to see, Joel quickly mad appointments for us to view the homes we liked. We never had to put time into looking on line for houses because Joel did all of the heavy lifting for us. After months of looking and working with a very patient Joel, we finally found the house of our dreams and without Joel we would have never been able to make that happen. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed once we moved in and even did some yard clean up for us. I don not think a Thank You would suffice for the amount of time and effort Joel put into helping us. I would highly recommend Joel as a realtor to anyone on the search for their dream home. We could not express our gratitude as well as our parent’s gratitude knowing we were working with such an honest and genuine realtor.
